How long does shipping take for new scooter orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your scooter leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Are Apachie scooters water-resistant?
Yes, our scooters carry an IP54 water-resistance rating, which means they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or ridden through deep puddles.
What is your return policy for electronic vehicles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for scooters in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do the scooters come with a manufacturer warranty?
Every Apachie scooter includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the motor, battery, and frame. Wear-and-tear items like tires and brake pads are covered for the first 30 days.
