Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Scooter

  Ensure the scooter is clean, deactivated from any mobile apps, and securely packed in its original box with all chargers and manuals.

  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
